Network Troubleshooting Simpler

The use of digital or virtual assistants and chatbots has gained pace with the increased use of Artificial Intelligence and natural language processing capability of various tools. The automated assistant has been around for years, but they haven’t been all that useful as they require a significant amount of programming to look for certain keywords, and the response was based on logical guesses. The inclusion of AI, however, has made these decision systems much smarter and now natural language queries can be made and responses in plain English. Despite the several advancements with digital assistant technology, they have yet to impact the way IT departments manage the network.
